Hi all,
I'm a 5"1, 105 lbs. female.
This has been my weight most of my adult life until about a year ago when I slowly gained 15 lbs. luckily, I managed to get these extra pounds off by consuming ~1200 calories a day for about 5 months.
I now want to make sure I'm not gaining any weight again, slowly transitioning into maintenance. I have been consuming 1600 calories a day for the past 2 weeks and my weight stayed the same. I now upped my calories to 1650 to see if I can eat a bit more without gaining.
Anyway, just wanted to know, 5"1 women who are around 105-110 lbs - what are your maintenance calories?

How much do you exercise?0

I lift heavy 6 days a week for about 45 minutes. The 7th day is usually one hour of light cardio.
Other than that I'm pretty sedentary.0 -
I am 5'1, 100-105 lbs maintenance, and lift 3 days a week.
My calories are around 1450 (I don't log anymore). I am over twice your age so 1650 sounds reasonable, if not a little low for someone your age- keep pushing the boundaries.
Cheers, h.1 -
I'm 5' 0" and 110 but aged 68 so my maintenance cals are only 1340. I have exceeded these now and again but my weight has stayed constant. I would agree with @middlehaitch , keep pushing the boundaries until you find your level....after all why eat less than you need to.1

Yes keep upping those calories a little more each week yet, you'll soon know what your true maintenance calories are.
I'm an inch taller and maintain on 2100 at 47yrs - I am very active though. On my less active days, ie 10k steps my TDEE is 1850.1
