Hey I am hoping to lose some more weight but I am very curious how many calories being burned off equals a pound?I was wondering that , thanks

Yeah, 3,500 calories equals one pound of fat.
Since it's hard to burn all those calories in one day, weekly exercises and limited food consumption ( usually anything below your BMR ) will help you lose weight (which you probably know that by now, but just saying just in case.) (:0 -
yes but do you think just eating your net calories but trying not to eat your excercise calories will help alot also?0

It does help because you are giving your body less energy to store but be careful to not eat too little and exercise too much or you fill face some serious health issues in the future. Just as long as you are eating under your BMR and exercising regularly, you will lose weight.0
