Low carb recipes needed!
Hey everyone, thanks for reading this!
I've recently started eating low carbs, high protein and higher fat.
I'm running out of recipes though and am finding myself bored eating the same things.
Also, I usually get up at 5am for work. Never having enough time or enough energy to make breakfast. If I do, it's usually a sausage link or some yogurt.
Any advice on quick breakfast eats would be helpful too.
It'll probably be easier once I get some protein powder...

Mug cakes are an awesome thing that can be made in like two and a half minutes, if not less.0 -
Banana and egg pancakes! Boiled eggs, protein shakes, protein bars, a banana with PB2....I don't have a problem eating lunch or dinner type stuff for breakfast either!0

There's some nice recipes on the Michael Mostly blood sugar diet website, including ideas for mini frittata made in muffin cases, which would be good for quick breakfasts. You can keep them interesting by varying the added veg.0

Since most of these are veggie recipes you'll definitely want to think of these as accompaniment to your protein dishes. Grill some meat/fish with different sauces or spices that compliment these veggies. I think these low carb recipes may jazz up your options.
