For those doing the Shred, or have done it already....
When did you know it was time to move onto the next level?
When it got boring? when you could do EVERYTHING? Did you do level 2 early just to see how hard it was out of curiosity, and if it wasn't too hard that's when you did it?

I am on level 1 day 6. I plan on moving to level 2 in 4 days (level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, etc.) Level 1 is still pretty hard for me but I plan on sticking to the program the way it was designed. I am interested to hear what others are doing.0

I sort of said in my head, 10 days of each. Which is what I did with level 1. I'm in the midst of level 2. right in the middle, I think, or maybe just over half way-like my 6th or 7th day (I'd have to grab my calendar to be sure). I am considering moving on, because I am bored. Today, I was able to do it without stopping, but I would not claim to have mastered it or anything. It's not easy.
I'm not sure. Wondering what other people think.0 -
When you get bored or it becomes easy. Level 1 I went through in 10 days, Level 2 is a little tougher for me because of the planks so I'm taking a little longer.0

I was thinking, it's the 30 Day Shred, and there's 3 Levels. Makes it sound like that's 10 days for each level. But I've heard so many people say they moved on early. That's partly why I was wondering. Some things for me are really easy on level 1, but others are REALLY hard (5lb weights are killing my butt on the side lunges!)0

I never did the shred in 30 days but I have done all of the workouts. So when did I move on, I suppose out of curiosity and boredom after doing Level 1 maybe 6 times. Level 2 is my favorite. I feel like i get the best workout with it. It's NOT easy though. Just did it last night actually and I had to lay on the floor after the cool down for about 5 minutes to catch my breath. Level 3 is even harder than level 2 (obviously) and incorporates a lot of jumping moves (plyometrics). I don't think there is any harm in trying them to see what they are like and that will give you a better idea of when you are ready to move on. No matter what though, it's going to be hard at first and you will probably never feel like you really mastered the workouts. They are all hard in their own respect. Just my opinion :-)0

I missed some time d/t being away for the holiday. I plan to do each level for at least 10 days. I know some get bored, but I walk as well as doing the shred and that is also boring! It is about results, so I will suffer through being bored!0

I've ended up with quite the collection of Jillian Michael's video's to avoid the boredom. I started off with 30 day shred and doing the same workout over and over was really hard for me because I did get bored and I just didn't want to do it again. Now I have 11 different JM workouts to choose from every day and they are all varying levels of intensity. I'm yet to get bored and I'm going on 10 months of doing them!
Here's my collection:
30 Day Shred - 3 workouts
No More Trouble Zones - 1 workout
Burn Fat Boost Metabolism - 1 workout
Six Week Six Pack - 2 workouts
Ripped in 30 - 4 workouts0
