I'm here--I'm not expert--but I've started Olympic lifting and powerlifting. I also attend a lifting class at my gym that pretty much covers everything else.0

i don't have access to gym equipment to do strong lifts or really any lifts, but i'm starting body weight strength training this week and i don't know much about it. if that counts, i'd love to add people or join a strength group to learn more.2
