for the past few weeks, i've still been working out, but not doing my hard and intense cardio like i usually like to do. it's really bothering me and even though i've been hitting the gym, i feel like i'm going to get flabby again because it's not as often as i'd like or as hard as i need to. also, i've been eating some pretty bad snacks every day for about 4 or 5 days and it's because i'm on vacation. i'm beating myself up for it. i want to start eating healthy again and exercising but i've been doing so bad and it's really taking a toll on me. any tips/help/motivation? will i start to gain from this?

Its called vacation for a reason so don't beat yourself up. Get back on track and work the calorie load then you won't feel so bad. Switch things up, move your body than get the snack, you can do it!0

You answered your own question. You know what you need to do. I like vacation time too but I use mine to amp up my workouts. More free time equals more calories burned.
You can do this.0 -
Try substituting some of those snacks with fruit. I usually pack some almonds or some low carb protein bars as snacks when it is difficult to eat healthy. As far as cardio goes, I read on bodybuilding.com on HIT cardio training. It is suppose to help with fat loss. Basically you do a 1-2min of moderate speed cardio and 1 min of fast cardio and repeat for 10-15 min. Good luck0

you'll be fine. just get back on track when you're off vacation. I have a cheat day every week and then over the holidays it's a cheat week, and I'm still loosing0

Read some of the posts in the Success Stories and you will feel inspired again! I try to pop in and read a success story or two every day to keep me going.0
