Inspirational people welcome

I am currently 15 stone 6 and looking to get down to 11 stone, I am not very tall but used to always be around 11 stones and look healthy at this weight. Anybody inspirational who can help me shift this extraness is welcome to add me :)

    You will achieve your goal. Stay focused and plan your exercise into at least 3 days. It's so easy to put it off so keep a positive outlook even if you lapse.

    I am not very motivational I do not think but I have lost a lot of weight over my life when I try! When I do not try very hard I put a lot of that back on so I guess my advise would be too start new habits that are realistic and can make a long term lifestyle change, consistency is the only way to keep it off I think!
