                    Let's start an August Weight Loss Challege and finish the Summer strong.  I used the same format that has been used for the previous months (again, thank to the person who originally started this format)!

Goal Weight (September 1): 125.0

Successes/struggles this week: I have 2 lbs. to go to get to my goal weight. I will go into this saying that I am not overweight, but I am just trying to tone up that last little bit. I hope we can get another great mix of people at all stages in their journey so we can help each other I have really enjoyed doing these challenges the last few months.  It really helps keep me accountable.

            I am joining the party a little late, but I have my weight from Aug. 1! My goal weight for Sept 1 is 199.8 it will be a stretch to get there, but so worth the effort.

            So here it goes. I am 30 and 5'1" i have been staying right at 1200 calories and working out. 6 days of cardio with light lifting to get me started. So excited and anxious for weigh in tomorrow morning.

 Successes/struggles this week: had to adj. Starting weight ..had two numbers backwards..that said ...I killed it this week ...I drank A LOT of water with lemon and cucumber...seems to help.... Hopefully I can stay on this course for a few more poundals..hehe!!!
