Started this journey 75 days ago at 472. I am under 400 lbs now and will hopefully be around 300 in less than a years time. I feel so much better.

Thanks everyone. I have a meeting with my personal trainer to tonight at 6:15 to start weight training to hopefully help build muscles and get rid of the rest of this belly. I couldn't have done it without MFP!2
