PIIT28/Blogilates

Hey all!
Is anyone doing Cassey Ho's Blogilates calendars, or PIIT28 plan?

I'm on day 2 of PIIT28.. just finished the leg workout and stretching. Used to do her blogilates calendars in the past. I feel great! Burn is only about 200 calories/workout, but that gives me a glass of whiskey at the end of the day. :wink:

Anyway, thoughts on her workouts?
