Hi I'm from England. Can anyone tell me how big a cup of water is as seen in the diary? Not sure if it's a USA Measure or not. Sorry if it's already been asked. Xx

I don't log water. Sort of useless if you ask me. Just make sure you're drinking enough and you should be fine. I drink at a minimum of a gallon a day. If your urine is dark yellow you're not drinking enough. If it's light yellow you're about at the right amount, and if it's clear you might be over hydrated. But clear isn't bad either as long as its yellow again in the mornings. Just means you're well hydrated throughout the day.1

Was going to say 8oz is still American measures. We measure liquids in millilitres or litres in the UK.0

It's a D cup for sure.1

Or 250ml if you live in Australia.
It's a rough guideline, don't lose sleep over it.0 -

This is what I usually go by. Just get a 2 liter soda bottle and fill it with water. If you follow the 8x8 guideline, then drinking the entire 2 liter bottle will cover it.0 -

Yep, i go by 250ml per cup, which has totally stuffed me up when I've followed American recipes!!
