I thought I might wait until I had lost more weight, but I'm really proud of myself because I've never been able to lose more than 12 pounds at any given time. YAY me - AND BELIEVE ME, I can see the difference. (Even if other people can't.)

    Well thank you very much. I am also that silly 2 pounds away (well 3) from being under 300. I haven't seen that since I got off of my depo shot! Let's see, almost two years!! God, it will feel good. Even better when I get to my goal of 220.

    I can defintely see a difference, and I can relate to you because i couldn't get past 9 pounds at one point ,but the fact that your proud of what you've accomplished so far says a multitude of things. Your on the right path. Part of losing weight is losing the negative attitudes we often have about ourselves and the more you think positive the more motivation you'll have to go forward. keep it up!!!
