Bloating

Bloating can make me fluctuate between 2-4 lbs every other day. It's very annoying. How can I avoid this? What foods to avoid? What foods to help?

What is bloating? I see everybody complain about it these days. 2-4 pounds is totally within the range of normal weight flucuations. If you are ill, see your doctor?1

Weigh yourself each day and compare your fluctuations to your food log. That's an easy way to see how your food choices affect your weight.1

I've been under the impression that it could possibly be the carbs making me bloated which is strange because I've really been trying to avoid refined carbs and opt for healthy whole-grain bread or pasta which I have and really small quantities and I limit to maybe one serving a day. Sometimes I'm just really swollen with water weight also. I went to the doctor and it could possibly be digestive issues so I'm going to avoid any foods that could irritate my bowels I was also recommended to take pre-biotics to see if it helps at all. I retain water easily and I bloat easily.0
