Hey everybody! I am new to this and would like some support from some good people. My name is Nicole and I have 3 little boys. My Doctor suggested this app. So, here I am. My weight seems to fluctuate between 20 lbs. It is rather annoying. I lost 132 lbs and now it is discouraging because I feel like I can't move down it is always between this 20lbs. I work out 5 days a week. I stay in my 1600 cal diet. I drink nothing but water, 1 cup coffee every morning, 1 glass of unsweetened tea with dinner. I just got married on June 8th and all I want is to lose this weight so when time comes for our vow renewal next year (tradition) I can be slimmer. Well, here goes nothing. Looking for motivation and good friends.
