Counselor didn't recognize me

I went to a counseling session today. I haven't been in a year. WELL my counselor walked past me and went back to his office. Came back out and was like "your " I'm like yep. He's like i didn't recognize you. I was like I know. I've lost 50 pounds since then. WOOHOO Now to lose the last 25-40.
