1 month postpartum & breastfeeding trying to lose baby weight

Hello! I'm Karen and I just had a healthy & beautiful baby girl. In 2011, with the help of MFP I lost 40 pounds so I hope it'll help me lose all this baby weight. I was 210 before getting pregnant and am now 240, so I gained a normal amount but since I was already overweight I feel really fat and out of shape now and it's difficult to fee good when clothes don't fit good. I plan to lose 50 pounds within a year or at least reach my goal weight of 180 by the end of 2017. My only concern is that I want to minimize my calorie intake but I'm suppose to consume an extra 500-700 calories to produce milk for breastfeeding. If there are any moms who are currently in the same boat please share your experience and any tips you may have to keep milk up but calories down.

If you eat at your maintenance calories, the calories used to produce milk would create a deficit to lose around 1lb a week.

Please add me! I've been searching for people on MFP going thru this. I'm due in September and I have nursed my first two children and plan on nursing my 3rd.
I want to lose baby weight plus an additional 10lbs but I also want a good milk supply. Thinking I may be pumping a lot. And does that count for exercise? Lol

I am 11 days postpartum and have a 14 month old, and back to back pregnancies hasn't been kind to me in the weight dept. Sending you a request :)
