Fitbit charge HR-how accurate is it?

Just wondering what everyone else's experience is. Because it's telling me that I burn anywhere from 2500 cal to 2900 cal in a day. It seems quite high to me even though I'm super active and muscular/athletic female at 5'7.
I'm not really losing at the rate I would like and I am being meticulous with my logging and using my food scale. I'm sticking to anywhere from 2000 cal to 2200 cal and if my TDEE is actually 2500 to 2900 like Fitbit says I should be losing.
Frustrated!
I've lost 3 pounds in three weeks but I lost the first 3 pounds within the first couple days. No loss in three weeks.

I guess I'm just wondering if I should further drop my calories. I tend to feel really horrible if my calories are below 1600 with as active as I am. (Brazilian jujitsu multiple times per week, 14,000+ steps per day, strength training and active mom of three young boys) my hormones go crazy if I eat too little.
I really only want to lose about 10 pounds so I'm really frustrated because I look fine and I'm really athletic it's just vanity weight. I'm literally the biggest woman in my jujitsu class and I would like to trim down a bit.
But I don't want to live life miserable and hungry either. I guess it's either cut back on activity so I can eat less or just live with it? Any tips?0 -

I use mine. I go by what it says. Seems to be fairly accurate. If you think yours is off, try eating less and see if that helps. Check your profile and make sure the info is correct, and that you aren't wearing it too tightly. You might try logging your BJJ and adjusting the cals burned down, since it might not recognize the activity and register it as something else.

Thanks for the reply! Yes I feel massive next to the 120 pound girls I roll with. I will never be a tiny, but I would like to weigh what I did before motherhood which was between 145 and 155 pounds. Not sure if this is possible without extreme restriction as my oldest sons are five and I've never been able to get past 165.0
