I've been on a healthy streak for about a year but have going down in nutrition. Don't get me wrong. Ive been eating healthy snacks. But that's just it. It's just snacks. Grapes, granola, cereal, etc. I don't eat any meals. Now part of that is my job but that shouldn't be an excuse right? I still run a lot and my mile run is getting better but I feel like if my nutrition was better I might run better? I just need help getting back into the habit of eating meals. Any advise?

Do you want to eat meals? Do you have time to eat meals? Then plan to eat meals when you have time, and make sure you have the meals, or the food to make them, ready at those times. There are no magic tips or tricks. You just have to do it.

Yes, what you eat can help your physical performance, by helping repair the body faster and giving you the proper nutrition and energy. That being said, Micheal Phelps at something like 7 grilled cheese sandwiches before a big swim race last night. (I wouldn't advise following the Micheal Phelps school of eating and exercising)

Really, there's nothing wrong with eating "snacks" all day long if you are getting the proper nutrition. There's nothing that says "you must eat full meals to be healthy."
