Not new to MFP but back again after a long break. Have a public diary in a style that others have previously found pretty neat. Works well for me. Thought I'd share. I'm down with positive people.

    I, too have a public diary. What good is accountability if you don't share what you eat? I do snack before bed sometimes and I haven't added it in but it hasn't affected my weight loss. I haven't hit my first plateau yet either. I've logged almost everything tho and closed out my food diary every night for 6 weeks now.

    I really am only accountable to myself. The more I keep that in mind, and the better I learn to care for myself, I'm hopeful I can become a healthier person in many ways.

    I do like sharing though, as I have learned many great things when others have shared their truths, this is one way I'm sharing my truth.
