I just ate an apple instead of the donuts from the best donut shop in all of Western New York that are currently in my office kitchenette TAUNTING THE HELL OUT OF ME. Pretty sure I should get a medal now.

    I never ear cakes people bring in. I have already planned my calories for the day where and when I want to consume them.
    I love it because makes people feel uncomfortable shoving cack in their mouths mindlessly and when they say 'Oh go onnnn ones not going to hurt, come onnnn it's Judy birthday' . So? Is Judy trying to lose weight ? No. If I CHOOSE to have that cake it's on my terms and not cause everyone else is.
