Lose 10% Challenge!

I like this idea as a mini goal to achieve my goal weight.

Set a personal weight-loss goal and write it down. Start with a goal of losing about 10 percent of your current body weight.

If you want, post your 10 percent goal for weight lost and your goal time frame (Please respect MFP and do not try to lose more then 2 lbs a week). Than within that time frame come back and tell us how you're doing or how you did. Remember, it's ok not to meet your goal, just as long as you keep trying.

Disclaimer - This challenge is for people cleared to lose weight by their doctor and have equal too or more than 10 percent of their body weight to lose before hitting their doctor recognized HEALTHY weight.

    10% by 11/1/2016 (which is in 12 weeks ) is my goal. Started just last week so this is perfect.

    I'd like to lose 17lbs by 11 November, around 5lbs per month, so should be doable (hopefully!!)

    17 lbs by Nov 30....doable...lots of business travel between now & then but will be efforting!
