Hi, my name is Desi. I'm only 15 but I am trying to start a health lifestyle. I weigh 99lbs which is the perfect weight according to my doctor but being healthy and active is the next step toward a successful future. Any advice for the journey ahead?

    @desrial - Desi, at only 15 you should not be on MFP. There are fitness sites, like sparkteens geared for teens

    @nickfbaby as stated I'm trying to maintain a healthy weight since I've stopped growing and I am at a healthy weight for the height I am at. I am also trying to lead a more healthy lifestyle by eating more fruits and vegetables and the such.
