I know there's a difference between pounds and inches... what parts of my body do you suggest I measure to look for weight loss?

Hips,Waist, Thighs, Arms, Chest, Calves0

Well it depends on what you are most critical about.
If you want to fit into jeans a little better, I would measure, Thigh, hip, and waist.
If you have the muffin going on and really worry about that. measure just under your belly button.
back issues? go for bust and arms.
I wouldn't go crazy with all of it. Only the area that REALLY bothers you. Then you can target that area if you see a decline in weight but not in measurement in that area.0 -

The reason I suggest all of those sites is because those are the measurements where you will see the progress you are making and it is easy to get discouraged when you don't see progress in the area you are measuring. Your body will choose where it will lose fat and it wont always be even I have gone 2 weeks without seeing a change in my waist but lost from my thighs instead.0
