I'm Beth from Indiana. I'm here to continue my journey. I originally lost over 200 pounds and went from bedridden to walking without surgery or crazy diets. I've hit a 3 year plateauish area. We all hit rough patches in life, but as I say, "Lose, maintain, just don't gain!"
So here I am, ready to start heading down the scale again. I don't quite have a final goal. It's a wait and see where I feel best sort of thing. Right now, I have my sights set on losing about 55 pounds.
Looking for friends to encourage who will encourage me in return.
