4 years ago on this day, August 12, I started my weight loss journey. I would never have believed my life would change as much as it has in these 4 years...I lost 85lbs, gained some friends, gained some much needed self-esteem & confidence, a new home, more family, and most of all...a new partner in life whom I love, adore & am so very proud of. <3 I could not ask for more, but I *will* be continuing to track on MFP and exercise to get down to my final goal of 118lbs then maintenance, as I believe tracking will be a lifetime thing for me so I don't slip back to the obese 218lb woman I was.
