    I had lost 40 but have gained 11 back since January. I'll b 40 in a few weeks and really need to lose stomach weight. Support always helpful

    I too am starting again. I lost 28lb 3 year ago on MFP but I have regained it and a bit more due to ill health. Here for support if you need it.
