Reached my goal after 190 days, lost 32 pounds!

I started my diet in Feburary at 226 pounds with a goal of 195 I weighed in today at 194.8 and it felt great! I just watched what I ate for that period with little to no gym work, lots of walking when I could. Its just how bad you want it and you can reach it in all sorts of different ways! Goodluck to everyone!
