Hello. I am going to try to log my food and get better control of my eating life style.
I would like to lost 35 lbs........just too heavy for knees and would like to just be healthier.
So send good wishes for me.

Good luck. Unused this app about a year ago and lost 40 lbs but I've gained 11 song am restarting also
  • You'll get there!
My mother has lost close to 35 pounds since February. I lost over 85 pounds from January to August last year. You'll get it, too!

What was your main reason for success on the MFPal?
    What helped you the most???

This is my third time to lose a bunch of weight.
Over the last 18 years I have lost between 40-60 pounds and kept it off for years, only for it to creep back again in times of stress and/or complacency in my life.

I know I can do it again. And you can too!
It's all about commitment and priorities. :)
It is a real challenge though! I need to remember this so it is the LAST time I gain so much back!

    Good luck!

I'm starting over too! I've done well using MFP before I'm just struggling to find the commitment and enthusiasm but usually I find once I start logging everything it naturally becomes habit.... good luck everyone!
