Want to inspire & to be inspired

Hi I'm Maisie! I'm a very slim build, however I have never really felt fit or healthy. Lately, I have improved my eating, which made me feel inspired to start exercising!

I am doing the 30 day squad challenge and today I completed day 1 of couch to 5k. I feel good so far, just need to keep it up!

I need to make sure I eat a lot more as it's very easy for me to lose weight, which I don't really want.

I would love some friends as I would love to support others in their journey too. :)

    yeah most looking to lose weight (or as some say loose weight-lol). I'm looking to gain, but in a healthy way. Use the tools to set accurate calories to meet your goal. I set mine and had to readjust as I started losing weight. Its funny how when you start logging you see what mix of C/P/F your ingesting on the daily.
