For me I just can't have anything thats snackable in the house. Don't know how feasible that is for others.
My current favorite, low calorie snack in the house is pickles. It's only 5-10 calories per pickle.
My low point was eating some crushed almonds out of my baking stock because I was so hungry.0 -

8:00? 8:30? Maybe once a week we get a 10, because life happens and we go out to eat or get home late or whatever.
I am living with family right now and it is BRUTAL. There are cookies, hermit bars, pie, chips, popcorn, banana bread...and more...0 -
