Oatmeal.

Is oatmeal just as good for you cooked as raw. I have oatmeal for breakfast with berries cinnamon and flax seeds but I don't like the texture but it's one thing I was told by my dr to help with my blood pressure creeping up cholesterol so I was thinking making them into squares.

    Well weight loss will have a greater impact on cholesterol than specific foods.

    But yes, oatmeal is as good for you cooked. Also, are you doing overnight oats or eating it completely raw?

    Now is cooked but I want to make oatmeal bars and will be completely raw. Thanks
