Time to lose the bulge - again

Hi everyone!

My name is Kirsty and I'm from Swindon I used my fitness pal over 3 years ago and succeeded in losing alot of weight I got in a relationship then got married got comfortable way to comfortable and ended up 125 kilos (18 stone) I managed to get down to 97 kilos (15.2 stone) and now using my fitness pal to use the rest any tips on how to stop feeling hungry all time please let me know as snacking is my downfall I drink 1-2 energy drinks a day this is during 1-2 hours of cleaning every day.

After my success few years ago I'm determined to lose weight again but to keep it off this time my oh isn't dieting so I will only eat a quarter of the meal we have if its high in calories
