Hey everyone I'm new here and I am looking to shed some extra weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This isn't as easy as most because I have hypothyroidism...but I'm excited for a new adventure and to meet new people along the way with similar goals. Add me if you wish

    Hi there. I am also looking to shed some excess weight. I also want to tone and strengthen my muscles. I started working out at the gym a little over a month ago and have started my diet again. I've lost 10 lbs so far. Looking foward to losing 5 more by next week. I'm already feeling better and losing inches. I lost 1 inch in my arms and legs and my neighbor (who also has hypothyroidism stopped working out with me, but I don't want to give up. My fiance is supportive, but when you don't have extra weight to lose, you don't need to work out a lot. Thank you for introducing yourself. I'm new to the forums too and looking for motivation from people who have similar goals.
