I'm 23 years old I weigh 145 pounds and I'm 5 foot.
There is a special occasion coming up and want to lose weight. I don't excercise but I do eat healthy.

Realistically? 6 pounds or about 1 pound per week.2

There are too many factors for someone to tell you for sure.
Enter your stats in MFP, get a food scale, and log accurately. But I can assure you, whatever this event is, people are not going to be concerned what you look like or what you weigh.1 -
I think with the weight you are at it is unrealistic to think you can lose very quickly. Larger people, like when I was 262lbs, can afford to lose at a faster rate because the benefits outweigh the risks. It would be dangerous for you to try to lose more than 5lbs or so a month because you would be severely cutting calories and all the nutrients that come with food. Start exercising if you want a little more "toned" look.0

Healthy doesn't mean weightloss. A calorie deficit regardless from the source is what causes weightloss0
