Garmin 235 question

I would like to have my watch face show my heart rate all the time. I want to look at my watch, see the time and heart rate at the same time. Is this possible? Thank you for any help.

Yes, and I have one I think I'll like. Now, I'm just having trouble getting watch to sync. I just thought it would come with a few basic preloaded watchface options. Whe I went to the store, and do all of those options I was a little leery that I was doing the right thing. Thank you for your help!!
