Those are good days for me too, though I still always feel guilty1

For me it's when I manage to stick to a deficit without going to bed hungry. Wish that happened more often, I would really love to lose a few more pounds.5

You come home after a LONG (but really fun and enjoyable!) workout and get a super deep sleep. At least for me lol. Also when you feel really full all day long but you stayed under your calorie goal. That's the best.6

Like Wolfena said, when you step on the scale in the morning and the numbers on the scale are lower. I get on and off a few times, make sure the light and my glasses are on, and read the scale again? It is a really happy feeling.4

Yes! I recently figured out this is why I like to workout at night, after work and the dinnertime routine at home. Workout, warm bath, sleep like a log. So great.
