    I saw that this morning..that is fantastic!
    Everytime I see a success story like that
    it motivates me even more, because at
    the start of this journey for me, that's what
    I had to lose...so yay for her and for me!!!! :happy:

    that's amazing, anyone can lose the weight. i wouldnt go as far as to pay a trainer, been there! but i just train myself and i see results. :smile:

    Its crazy how different people can look after they've lost that much weight. It's like they're a new person.
