Hello, I've been here a couple of times but I'm looking for more friends! I am a 24 year old mom of 2 very active children. I'm working towards my bachelor's in speech and language pathology. Due to health issues I decided to go gluten free at the end of June. It has totally changed my life and I feel so much better now. Due to the switch I started eating healthier and way less pre-packaged foods and no fast food so I naturally lost weight due to all the changes. As a result I decided to jump back on here and lose this weight I've always had. I've always been overweight and I don't want to be anymore. Largely for my children, my son is special needs and I want to make sure I'm a healthy mom!
