OK guys so my diet is going very well had a few extras this weekend but still stayed within my calorie limits. I am going to attempt exercise starting tomorrow that's the hard part for me usually make it 3 days then quit. Could really use some motivation with thus part.

Tomorrow is my get serious with exercise day also! I did start last week, but then my kids and I all fell sick. Time to start again!! We got this!0 -

Just get to the parking lot of the gym. Even if you art motivated to work out just go sit in the parking lot if you don't make it in that day just keep showing up eventually you'll walk in0
