OK guys so my diet is going very well had a few extras this weekend but still stayed within my calorie limits. I am going to attempt exercise starting tomorrow that's the hard part for me usually make it 3 days then quit. Could really use some motivation with thus part.

    You can add me. The key to sticking with exercise is really doing something you enjoy...we have all heard it a million times before but it's absolutely true.

    Just get to the parking lot of the gym. Even if you art motivated to work out just go sit in the parking lot if you don't make it in that day just keep showing up eventually you'll walk in
