Hi..I feel your pain. I am on the 11th day of a easy to do eating plan. And I've lost 7 lbs (1/2 stone). It's pretty easy. For breakfast I have a large coffee with milk & a 1/2 cup of cooked oat bran.
For lunch and for dinner I have 4 ounces of any lean meat/fish and all the non-starchy veg I want. For an evening snack I have a green apple. No sugar, no sweets, no starch, no sodas. It's been super easy to pull together, some discipline to stick with (I love potatoes). I have had to be a bit picky about the type of restaurant I visit. Italian & Indian are impossible. Meat & veg usually available elsewhere. Good luck!

If this is true, this is an absurd rate of weight loss, you need to eat more...

OP did you mean to respond/post this on another persons thread... it looks like a response to someone else..???

@AJ_G, yeah this is an absurd rate of weight loss, too bad it is mostly water weight. I can see by the food being eaten the calorie deficit is huge though.. I hope that normal eating resumes after 14 days to a less aggressive deficit or this diet was some sort of experiment to end in 3 days.. :#

So, the standard thing to ask here is: What are you gonna do day 15?

Try high carb low fat vegan for 14 days and see if you feel as good as I do :)

You either transition into the next phase, rinse and repeat, or you utilize the information learned to continue with better eating habits. I don't know this diet (and it sounds overly and unnecessarily restrictive for my taste), but most just focus on getting more nutrient dense foods and cutting out junk food. And even then, they still follow an 80/20 rule or 90/10 rule where you can incorporate junk food in occasionally. That is what I got out of doing Paleo. Any while I am not personally a fan of restriction type diets, if it helps them, why not.
