MyFitnessPal is calculating an hour and seven minutes at a mod pace at 52 calories. My walking app has it at 367 calories and another online source at 425 calories. Which one is the closest to reality?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Without any more information I would guess the 367 is the closest.0

Distance walked, and your weight?0

I walked 3.0 miles and weigh 3150

Using .30 x weight x distance your net caloric expenditure (ie that attributable to the activity) would be around 283

Did you put 67 minutes into MFP?0 -
If you plug that 283 calories manually into MFP for your walk I believe it will do a better job of calculating the calories next time. I've found that for my runs, anyway.0

When I put in "Walking, 2.5 mph, leisurely pace" I get the following:
Weight:
241 (my weight)
How Long:
67 Minutes
Calories burned: 3660
