    UK here. Open diary. Main purpose is to hit my protein target and fill the rest with fats and carbs as long as I'm within my daily limit. Currently floating around 78kg and target is 74kg where I want to be for powerlifting. Bench 85kg squat 130kg deadlift 150kg
