I'm nearing my goal weight and it has been a struggle all the way...lost 63 pounds to date :)

    I see a loss of 63 pounds and I am blown away! Just wanted to say that is truly amazing, and that in itself should be encouragement for ANYONE looking to lose weight and reach there goals. You my friend are amazing. Keep up the good work :)
