At the gym, I just watch TV.
Running outside, I normally go without music, except for Sundays. I listen to NPR's This American Life :)

I like putting a whole album on when I'm working out so I don't pick specific tracks. I like Madonna's Hard Candy and Danse Macabre by The Faint.

techno stuff like that really works for me when I'm working out..maybe it's the beats lol

I've been listening to books on my ipod, as well as music. When I'm doing step at home I have my laptop available and catch up on TV shows I haven't had a chance to see yet. It makes the time go by pretty quickly.

I have loads of dance remixes on my ipod. I use a cross trainer and i tread with the beat. Great workout x
  • I have a HUGE work out playlist these days.

Here's some of my faves though, but lemme know if you need more :D

Howling For You- The Black Keys (they're awesome for doing weights because most of their stuff is kinda slow and sexy sounds, along with their Blakroc stuff with Mos Def you HAVE to check them out!!)

Light of the Morning- Band of Skulls (yeah from the mustang commercial)

    Pretty Girl Rock- Keri Hilson

That's Not My Name- The Ting Tings

Charmer, Crawl, My Party- Kings of Leon (3 separate songs)

Won't Back Down- Eminem (all of his stuff is good for running, especially if you're angry ha!)

    Hot in Here- Nelly

All The Above- Maino (I like listening to this while working out because I like the line "you been seein' me lately? I'm a miracle, baby" :) )

    Umbrella - All Time Low

Maroon's Five's new CD, Hand All Over. All the fast songs are so so so sexy :)

I love Buzzin' by Asian Dub Foundation. I run to this song. So cool!! It's starts off with a slow introduction to lead you into a cool surfer-style riff. The style is electronic, drum'n'bass feel sung in Jamaican patois.

    They are from England.

I also like Fly So High by Sonique. Another British artist. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCfAGSkhggQ

    Enjoy!
