Looking for snacks that are somewhat high in protein but low in fat and sugar. Not a big fan of beef jerky. Right now I go with unsalted, dry roasted peanuts, but I'm wondering if there's another option I hadn't considered.

Take some turkey cold cuts make a little rolls out of them divide 1 slice of cheese into 5 tiny strips put them into the center of the turkey, dip them in mustard. Under 200 calories.2

Hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt (I make it into dips for veggies like celery, snap peas and carrots), string cheese.0
