Been using MyFitnessPal on and off for a while now. Ready to get down to business. Looking for a support buddy with similar goal/stats.

I have the same goal but I find it really hard to lose anything. I have about 15 lbs to go, but instead of dropping I gain. For example, last year I only had 10 to lose. Now I have 15.0

How tall are you?
What kinds of work-outs do you do?
How much do you have to lose to get to 115? Within what time frame?
I'm only 4'11", and I'm currently 120#.
I'd like to get to 115 or lower.
I'm on ~1300-1500 a day, depending on if I worked out or not.

My goal is to over-head press 115lbs, 5x5. Close enough?1

5'10", but got some good insights. Kicked using MFP into full gear in January. Dropped to 155lbs (from 180) and tightened up. Started at 1225 cal/day to shed off quickly, and now at target weight with 1450 cal/day. Add me to track my routine.1
