DeTeRmInEd!!

I'm stuck. I try working out & eating right for awhile & nothing. I must be doing something wrong. I'm intimidated by gyms & I have every excuse in the book. I was speaking with this trainer & he told me to dig deep & I figured it out. My focus hasn't been in the right place or mindset. Well it is NOW!!

    Set a goal look forward to something each week that has worked for me, push yourself to accomplish all you want I know it's easy said but hard to do... stay positive you can do it!!
