    I have a feeling people would like eating this more than "meat" made from feces.

    I believe they have some lofty expectations in the article, there is no way farm land needed would be reduced by 89%, but I can see the energy reduction.

    I dunno... it might just be me but I think this is kind of cool. Then again, I studied tissue engineering in college a bit and one of my best friends is a current tissue engineering researcher.
