I'm starting a little weight loss competition for the end of August. I've been terrible with bingeing and I've gained a bit recently, I was hoping starting a competition would help motivate me and hold me accountable. Each day I'm posting my stats and a pic of the scale for accountability. I look forward to others joining for a little friendly fun competition. Let's see who can lose the most in 2 weeks! Healthily that is.

Didn't sleep a wink last night and left early for work. Didn't hop on the scale. So I'm going to say maintained for today. I'll be back with it tomorrow. I'm going to sleep so much tonight.

Missed yesterday's weigh in. Up again today. I'm trying so hard to not purge but I didn't last night and im up! I know lots of things cause this it its still hard. I'll be busy all day today so hopefully I burn a fair amount.

As soon as I start eating a normal lunch again and not exercising 5 hrs a day I'm not losing anymore. Even though I still workout and eat decent if slightly larger quantities of food. Feel like my weight will not budge unless I fast. Like it's still in anorexia mode after three years. Blerg0 -
